Observation time

Xichong International Dark Sky Community will have no moonlight influence from August 2 to 4, making it more suitable for astronomical observation.

In the first half of the night, you can observe the summer sky and the summer Milky Way, and in the second half of the night, you can observe Saturn, Mars and Jupiter.

Observing the constellations

Ursa Major, Bootes, Corona Borealis, Hercules, Scorpius, Sagittarius, Lyra, Cygnus and Pegasus.

Observe bright stars

Arcturus, Spica, Aries, Capella, Antares, Vega, Altair, Deneb and Fomalhaut.
