BioWare announced on its official website that they will announce the release date of Dragon Age: Shadowkeep this month (August).

In a new blog post published on the official website, "Shadow Barrier Unveiled: Detailed Introduction to Cast and Characters at San Diego Comic-Con", Bioware finally stated that they plan to share more content in August, including "a new roadmap, more game demonstrations and our official release date."

BioWare specifically mentioned the "roadmap", which seems to imply that "Dragon Age: Shadowkeep" will be operated as a service game like Ubisoft treats its stand-alone games.

In fact, according to EA's financial report, EA has confirmed that "Dragon Age: Shadowkeep" will be released in the fourth quarter of this year (October-December), so this game is likely to be launched in October or November.

Dragon Age: Shadowbringer will be available on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S. It will also be available on Steam Deck at the first launch.

At San Diego Comic-Con, BioWare Creative Director John Epler and Creative Performance Director Ashley Barlow discussed bringing the characters of Dragon Age: Shadowkeep to life. Moderated by GameSpot host and video producer Lucy James, the voice actors of Knave, Emrich, Harding, and Lukanis will share with attendees how they used their drive and inspiration to bring out the personality and unique style of each companion.
