The meeting stressed that we should unify our thoughts and understanding with the scientific judgment of the Party Central Committee on the economic situation, strengthen our confidence, forge ahead, do a solid, in-depth and effective job in all aspects, enhance the trend of sustained economic recovery, effectively guarantee and improve people's livelihood, and unswervingly complete the annual economic and social development goals and tasks. We should optimize and strengthen macroeconomic policies and increase macroeconomic regulation. We should not only focus on implementation and speed up the progress according to the implementation of the policies that have been issued, but also study and launch a number of incremental policy measures that are highly operational, effective, and accessible to the masses and enterprises. We should focus on solving difficult problems, innovate ideas and methods, concentrate resources and strength on tackling key problems, and make more substantial breakthroughs in expanding domestic demand, cultivating and strengthening emerging industries and future industries, and promoting high-level opening up. We should further stabilize expectations and strengthen confidence, rely on practical policy measures and reform actions, and send more positive signals. We should thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, accelerate the implementation of various reform tasks, use reform as a driving force to promote stable growth, adjust the structure, prevent risks, and strive to promote high-quality development.

The meeting discussed and approved in principle the "Arbitration Law of the People's Republic of China (Draft Amendment)" and the "National Park Law of the People's Republic of China (Draft)", and decided to submit the two drafts to the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress for deliberation. The meeting pointed out that it is necessary to better play the role of arbitration in serving economic development and expanding opening up, actively benchmark international advanced rules, continuously enhance the credibility and international influence of my country's arbitration, and actively create a market-oriented, legal, and international first-class business environment. It is necessary to take the opportunity of formulating the National Park Law to comprehensively improve the level of protection and management of national parks, build a mechanism led by the government, participated by multiple parties, and shared by the society, and achieve the unity of ecological protection, green development, and improvement of people's livelihood.
