The reporter learned from the Zixing helicopter rescue site that starting from the 29th, the Aviation Emergency Rescue Center of the Hunan Provincial Emergency Management Department mobilized four helicopters to continue air delivery.As of July 30, 181 helicopter rescue flights have been carried outThe cumulative flight time was 70 hours and 59 minutes, a total of 48.4 tons of supplies were delivered, and 61 wounded were transferred.

Starting at 7:30 a.m. on July 31, four helicopters carried out air rescue missions to 47 villager groups in Huangcao Town, Bailang Town, Bamianshan Township, Xingning Town, and Zhoumensi Town as planned. In addition to daily necessities such as mineral water, rice, flour and oil, 25 generators will be transported to support villages without power. One of the helicopters will continue to lift emergency supplies such as poles and wires to speed up the repair of damaged power in mountainous areas.

According to the weather forecast, Zixing City will be mainly cloudy with showers on the 31st, with rain clouds in the mountainous areas. Helicopters will adjust flight sorties based on the weather conditions along the route and speed up air rescue while ensuring flight safety.


The Wing Loong large communication drone dispatched by the Ministry of Emergency Management flew from Sanming, Fujian to Chenzhou at 6:13 on the 31st. It is planned to carry out emergency communication support operations over Yanping, Bamianshan, and Longxi in Zhoumen from 7:47 to 11:00, with a focus on communication in Bamianshan Township. After the Wing Loong drone arrives over the disaster area, it will automatically send a text message reminder. People in the communication interruption area can use their mobile phones to get in touch with the outside world after receiving the text message reminder.


According to the reporter's information from the Zixing City Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters, as of 7:00 on the 31st, there were still 7 roads in Zixing City that had not been fully opened, namely S345 line from Zhoumensi to Boshui, S205 line (Xingning to Longxi section, Huangcao to Lingxiu section), X044 line from Longxi to Shuilong, X045 Tian'eshan to Jian'an Village, X009 Hengao to Dongping, X017 line from Zhoumensi to Yanping, and Y230 Dongping to Dashuikou.

As of 8:00 a.m. on the 31st, there were still two 35 kV lines and 23 10 kV lines out of service, with a total of 529 stations out of service and 23,586 users without power. The main townships involved were: Bamianshan, Xingning, Zhoumensi, Tangxi, Huangcao, and Bailang.

At present, emergency repair work on roads, communications and electricity is still being carried out at an intensive pace.
