On May 28 this year, DeepBlue Aerospace announced the successful completion of its B and B1 rounds of financing, receiving hundreds of millions of RMB in funding. Now, two months later, it has received B2 round financing.

According to reports, the B2 round of funds will be mainly used to strengthen technology research and development, expand production scale, optimize supply chain management and accelerate market promotion. It is worth noting thatThe Deep Blue Aerospace Rocket Intelligent Manufacturing and Assembly Base covering over 20,000 square meters was established in Wuxi High-tech ZoneWith the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal as its background, the expansion of the rocket industry cluster along the canal will be accelerated. The Deep Blue Aerospace Rocket Canal Factory will become a demonstration base for high-end manufacturing and commercial rocket industries in Wuxi High-tech Zone.

The Canal Factory will be mainly used for the mass production of the Xingyun-1 and Xingyun-2 rockets. The Xingyun-1 rocket is scheduled to make its maiden flight this year, and preparations for its first launch are currently underway.The Nebula-2 rocket, scheduled to make its maiden flight at the end of 2025, will have a takeoff mass of 1,000 tons and will also be recyclable.

IT Home learned that the first flight of the Nebula-1 rocket is a two-stage configuration with a diameter of 3.35 meters and a low-Earth orbit capacity of about 2 tons. It is equipped with 10 Leiting-R liquid oxygen-kerosene engines. Two types of fairings with a diameter of 3.35m/2.25m can be selected according to the size of the mission payload. The first stage has the ability to be recycled, reused, quickly maintained, and re-launched. Subsequent commercial models will be improved on the basis of the first flight model and increase the carrying capacity to no less than 6 tons.



The first flight of the Nebula-2 rocket is also a two-stage configuration with a diameter of 5 meters.The low-Earth orbit capacity has been increased to 20 tons, equipped with 10 Super Thunder liquid oxygen-kerosene engines.
