On July 31, 2024, SEGA Co., Ltd. announced the latest information about the new RPG "ReFantazio" developed by STUDIOZERO under ATLUS. The game will be released on Xbox Series X|S, Windows, PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, and Steam platforms on October 11, 2024.

■The world view of this work: World situation

The story takes place in the "United Kingdom of Ukronia" which is composed of three countries on the continent. Now that the power of the royal family has declined, the country is actually ruled by cadres of the state religion called "Holy Church". The highest authority of the Holy Church is the great leader "Foden". The old king has no heir, so many citizens hope that the conservative Foden will become the next leader, believing that this will avoid political turmoil.

On the other hand, there are many people who do not support the Holy Church led by Foden. The leader of this force is Louis, a military officer of the Kingdom Army who has become an elite in the army at a young age and has mastered the power. Louis asserts that the reason why humans appeared is because the king and the Holy Church brought instability to the country. Louis has great personal charisma as a leader. He claims that he will use force to protect the weak people who obey him from being harmed by monsters, and has attracted many enthusiastic supporters from all over the country.

The game begins with the shocking incident of Louis assassinating the king himself. In fact, Louis, the great traitor, not only assassinated the king, but also attempted to assassinate the prince who should have been the king's heir. If Louis wins the battle for the throne, then this man who has attacked the king's father and son may become the next king. For those who support the royal family, they must prevent Louis from ascending the throne even if it costs their lives.

The protagonist embarks on a journey to save the prince who is in a long sleep due to a death curse. His mission is to "kill Louis, the traitor who cursed the prince."

By deepening the friendship, Mor can also become the protagonist's "supporter". The Aki State "Seeker" that the protagonist first awakened belongs to the "Seeker" system controlled by Mor.

Glaias (CV: Toru Inada)

The secret order entrusted to Galica by the organization, "Assassinate the spellcaster Louis and remove the prince's curse", is for him.
