Recently, the official website of Nanjing University of Science and Technology issued an announcement stating that 35 graduate students of the school failed to meet the graduation requirements within the maximum study period stipulated by the school, and the school decided to expel these 35 graduate students.

The announcement stated that according to Article 17 of Chapter 2 of the Higher Education Law of the People's Republic of China, Article 30 of the Regulations on the Administration of Students in Ordinary Institutions of Higher Education, and the Regulations on the Administration of Graduate Student Registration of Nanjing Tech University (Nanjing Tech University Research [2017] No. 12), 6 doctoral students including Chen Moumou were enrolled in September 2015 or earlier, and 29 master's students including Shen Moumou were enrolled in September 2018 or earlier. As of June 30, 2024, they have not met the graduation requirements within the maximum study period stipulated by the school. On July 11, 2024, the president's office decided to expel the above 35 graduate students, and this announcement is hereby made.

The above announcement period is from July 20, 2024 to September 17, 2024. The expiration of the announcement period is deemed to have been delivered. If you have any objection to the school's expulsion decision, you can submit a statement and defense to the school in written form within ten days after the expiration of this announcement. If you fail to submit a statement within the deadline, you will be deemed to agree with the school's handling opinion.
