The FPS game "Surviving the Sun" developed by Doghowl Games was originally scheduled to be released on Steam in the form of early access on August 6. The official recently announced that the release will be postponed to August 13.

Officials said the reason for adjusting the date was to avoid "heavyweight" games released on the same day. The announcement reads: "If you follow the news in the video game industry, you may have noticed that many large game updates and Alpha tests have been announced to be carried out on August 6th-which is also the date we previously planned to launch the early access version. With this in mind, our team decided to postpone the game for a week so that we don't conflict with those heavyweights."

The announcement did not mention any specific games, but it is understood that the international version of the new FPS game Delta Force will start the PC version A test on the same day, and Helldivers 2 will also release important updates on the same day. In addition, the new version of Escape from Tarkov, a game of the same type as Days of Future Past, will also be released in August.

According to reports, "Surviving the Sun" combines tactical evacuation shooting gameplay with immersive survival horror game types. Play as hostile mercenaries fighting for loot, or alien monsters hunting humans from the shadows. Play alone or call friends to experience this unique dark scene based on asymmetric PvPvE multiplayer games.
