Designed by SAOTA in 2009, the building has been redesigned by ARRCC to look new. The three combined apartment floor plans have been carefully planned, with the top floor being created as a grand entrance to the residence, while the lower floors become the core living space. The glass curtain walls of the double-height living space not only bring in abundant natural light, but also allow residents to enjoy spectacular views of the sky and beach.

Sculptural metal wall art and wavy lighting by Louw Roets add an artistic touch to the interior and draw the eye in. The staircase, inspired by the contours of a mountain range, has a graceful curve that connects the entrance and living spaces. Its pure white railings and opaque design provide a unique tactile experience. LED stair lights cast a warm glow along the treads and risers, creating a cozy atmosphere. The master suite is located in a separate wing on the top floor and is accessed from the right side of the staircase. The blinds allow the suite to be flexibly connected to a larger layout. The LED light strip at the bottom of the stair handrail and the lightness of the wooden treads further enhance the beauty of the space.

Custom-designed furniture and décor, such as the hand-hewn bar, modern sofas and accent tables, reflect the ultimate attention to detail. The bar’s black and white marble countertop and backsplash, as well as the curved design on the ceiling, add a sense of luxury. The library nook is located behind the main living space, and the bronze ceiling and recessed lighting create a treasure trove-like atmosphere. The custom bookshelves are inspired by the seaside, and the decoration echoes the apartment’s prime location. The guest bathroom and master bathroom are equally sophisticated, with black stone vanities, copper faucets and white marble platforms, all reflecting a careful combination of materials and colors. The secondary bathroom features travertine walls and a wall-mounted wooden vanity, creating a natural and modern atmosphere. The large mirror in the bathroom adds a sense of space and light. The large area rugs and cushions in the TV room make the space more quiet and comfortable. The combination of red sofas and glass coffee tables adds a touch of warmth for movie night.

The entire residence was designed with not only aesthetics in mind, but also practicality and comfort in mind. Tones of oxidized copper and green marble allude to the natural beauty of the seaside, perfectly blending the beauty of the interior and exterior.
