IT Home reported on July 27 that NASA announced on July 25 thatThe Falcon 9 rocket of SpaceX has been approved to return to space.

SpaceX's Falcon 9 rocket was grounded for two weeks when it interrupted its 325-flight streak during a launch mission on July 11.

NASA stated in the announcement that it has preliminarily identified the cause of the problem and confirmed that the problem "does not involve public safety" and has approved the rocket to return to space.

SpaceX added that an investigation determined that "cracks in the sensing wire of the pressure sensor" were the cause of the liquid oxygen leak, and the company will remove the faulty sensing wire and sensor on the rocket's second-stage engine during a recent launch.

NASA said that the overall investigation into the flight failure has not yet been completed, but the public safety assessment shows that the Falcon 9 rocket can return to the flight mission.

SpaceX posted on social media platform X that the company is ready to fly the rocket again as early as Saturday.

IT Home Note: "Falcon 9" is the most frequently used rocket in the world, with an average launch every two to three days this year.

"Safety and reliability are at the core of SpaceX operations. Without this focus, achieving our current cadence would not be possible," SpaceX wrote in a statement on the company's website Thursday.
