Regarding the acquisition amount of more than 70 million yuan, Yu Minhong explained that it did not occupy Dong Yuhui's 140 million yuan in profits. "Since we have broken up, as an older brother, I am also giving Dong Yuhui a further token of goodwill. We have decided to pay the 70 million yuan fee through a certain cooperative relationship between New Oriental and Dong Yuhui.
