The Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee was successfully held in Beijing from July 15 to 18. The "Decision" adopted by the plenary session scientifically planned the overall deployment of further comprehensively deepening reform around Chinese-style modernization, clarified the guiding ideology, general goals, and major principles for further comprehensively deepening reform, and focused on deploying major reform measures for the next five years.

Yang Dongsheng said.

Yang Dongsheng said that he would bear in mind General Secretary Xi Jinping's instruction to "further comprehensively deepen reforms and continuously inject strong momentum into promoting high-quality development and advancing Chinese-style modernization".
