Myanmar media reported that on the evening of July 22, the Ta’ang National Liberation Army (TNLA) released information saying that in the second phase of the 1027 Military Operation, fighting continued between the military forces and the TNLA coalition forces in Naucho and Mogok, and the coalition forces seized the bodies of military soldiers and guns and ammunition.

TNLA and the Mogok War Command (PDF) launched a joint attack on the military bases near the village of Banmat in eastern Mogok and the prison, seizing guns and ammunition and 20 bodies of military soldiers. The seized guns and ammunition included 5 guns, military weapons and 1 drone.

At around 1:00 p.m. on July 22, the TNLA and MDY PDF launched an attack on the military base in Dekuo Village, Nauchu Township.
