On July 19, near the end of the working day on Friday, Li Bin, founder, chairman and CEO of NIO, held a face-to-face meeting for all employees at NIO and released the Value System 3.0. In this meeting, he elaborated in detail the underlying logic behind NIO's iterative vision and mission.

NIO’s Value System 3.0 iterates the company’s mission and vision, clarifying that NIO’s corporate mission is “Blue Sky Coming to create a sustainable and better future” and its corporate vision is “to become a user-friendly company with leading technology and experience.”

Regarding this upgrade, Li Bin said at an internal meeting that the outside world's perception of us is mainly about innovations in services, community, etc., but often ignores our efforts in technological innovation. In fact, we are increasingly aware that NIO is a company driven by technological innovation and is committed to providing good products, services and communities. Therefore, this is more clearly reflected in the new value system.

Li Bin defines the path to the vision as follows: "Technological innovation is the foundation, driving us to provide the ultimate products, services that exceed expectations, and a community that grows together." For specific practices, NIO describes five items in its value system: "Starting from the interests of users; full experience that exceeds expectations; continuous innovation; systematic efficiency; design-driven."
