Beijing Business Daily (Reporter Guan Zichen Niu Qingyan) On July 22, Korean Air announced that its latest Boeing 787-10 aircraft has officially joined the fleet and will be put into operation for the first time on July 25, flying from Seoul Incheon International Airport to Tokyo Narita International Airport.


It is understood that the Boeing 787-10 model introduced this time has the environmental protection characteristics of high fuel efficiency and low carbon emissions. The fuselage length of this model is 68.3 meters, which is about 5 meters longer than the Boeing 787-9 model of the same series, and can transport 15% more passengers and cargo. In addition, compared with existing aircraft of the same type, the fuel consumption rate and carbon emissions per seat of the Boeing 787-10 passenger aircraft are reduced by more than 20%.

At the same time, Korean Air has configured its Boeing 787-10 aircraft with 325 seats, including 36 business class seats and 289 economy class seats, and also equipped it with a new cabin interior.
