Recently, Master Lu released the second quarter mobile phone report of 2024. One of the items is about system fluency. Let’s take a look at the ranking first.

Master Lu named it the mobile phone system fluency ranking for the second quarter of 2024:

Winner: OPPO's ColorOS

Runner-up: vivo's OriginOS

Third place: realme UI from realme

The rankings from fourth to tenth are Xiaomi's Surge OS, Red Magic's REDMAGIC OS, Honor's MagicOS, Huawei's Hongmeng OS, Meizu's Flyme, ASUS's ROG UI, Motorola's MyUI, and Zhongren's MYOS.

Master Lu said: The system fluency test is a test of the manufacturers' scheduling strategies for their own systems, as well as the details of many places that users "cannot see". The competition between the two leading systems in China, OPPO and vivo, has a new result in Q2. This time, ColorOS is slightly better and won the championship.

Whether this ranking is objective or not is not up for discussion, but OPPO's ColorOS and vivo OriginOS are indeed the best-reputed UIs in China in recent years, and no one should deny this. In particular, vivo's OriginOS has had an exceptionally good reputation in the past two years. Everyone is talking about how the Blue Factory decided to overturn the previous system and create a new one. Since OriginOS 1.0, it has evolved to 4.0. Each generation will bring surprises to everyone and will be well received by the industry and users. Now I really didn't expect that its fluency would rank second in Master Lu, and the gap from the first place is less than one point, which is negligible. So it is definitely not wrong to try hard to consider the users and start from the user's perspective.

Looking at this ranking, the most surprising thing for everyone is that Realme's UI ranks third, Xiaomi's Surge OS ranks only fourth, and Huawei's Hongmeng OS ranks seventh. According to Lu Dashuai, this ranking is based on the test of new phones launched within one year, and the standards must be the same.

PS: Who do you think is the most fluent at the moment?
