Lattice launches Certus-NX-28 and NX-09 small FPGA chips

IT Home July 21 news, Lattice Semiconductor released two newSmall FPGA chips Certus-NX-28 and Certus-NX-09 provide 28K and 9K logic units respectively, the minimum package size is only 6 x 6mm.

  • Certus-NX-28: 28K LCs, 1054Kb EBR, 1024Kb LRAM

  • Certus-NX-09: 9K LCs, 270Kb EBR, 1536Kb LRAM


According to reports,Lattice Certus-NX series is positioned as a low-power general-purpose FPGA, uses 1.5Gbps differential IO, supports 5Gbps PCIe, 1.25Gbps SGMII (GigE network port) and 1066 Mbps DDR3 memory.
