Those with high school entrance examination scores below the fifth tier line of 542 points can have Guangzhou general high school enrollment and general high school degrees.

Regarding the issue mentioned in the text message that "students with scores below 702 can go to famous high schools in Guangzhou", a reporter from Southern Metropolis Daily called the number on the text message as a parent of a student to inquire about the agency. The staff on the other side said that this goal would be achieved through the operation of borrowing students - the students' academic records would be registered in high schools in Qingyuan, Jieyang and other places in Guangdong Province, but outside Guangzhou, while the students themselves would stay in famous schools in Guangzhou. In fact, this is not the only student information leak. On July 4, shortly after the high school entrance examination, many parents whose children had applied for Guangzhou Information Vocational and Technical School received a text message from the so-called "Guangzhou Information Vocational College" stating that their students had obtained the qualification to apply for the three-year and two-year independent enrollment.

In fact, there is a lot of false information in this text message, such as there is no "Guangzhou Information Vocational College" in Guangzhou, and there is no independent enrollment in the three-year and two-year stages. Guangzhou Information Vocational and Technical School has issued statements on this many times, saying that unknown organizations and individuals have impersonated the school to recruit students through WeChat, text messages or phone calls, misleading candidates and parents with false information such as "three-year and two-year independent enrollment registration", "early admission by paying money", "internal quotas", and even asking candidates and parents for money, causing adverse effects.
