This is a very special family. The little masters of this family are identical quadruplets, which has a probability of only one in 13 million in the world! How can the living needs of seven people be met in this small space?

In such a cramped house, making seven people live comfortably at the same time is undoubtedly the biggest challenge faced by this plan. In particular, it is not easy to fully consider the various needs of four children. In addition, insufficient lighting and ventilation are also the main drawbacks of this house. In order to solve these problems, the designer boldly innovated, freed up space, opened up all the areas close to the exterior wall, so as to expand the lighting and ventilation surface, and followed the principle of using multiple functions of space to fully meet various living conditions such as rest, entertainment, study, rehearsal, work, calligraphy, etc.

The lower part of the dining table in the living room is carefully designed as a storage cabinet, and the table top is even more ingenious, designed to be push-pull and elongated to accommodate the dining requirements of 5-10 people, while also perfectly meeting the children's needs for table width when practicing calligraphy.

The table in the restaurant has the function of folding and sliding, which greatly improves the utilization of space.

The unique chandelier was made by the designer himself. Two branches intertwined together, with five light bulbs hanging below, have a profound meaning, metaphorically representing the hard work of parents in raising five children. This warmth and love simply warms the heart.

The bedroom of the quadruplets is unique, it is not only a delicate small classroom, but also a cozy bedroom for four children to sleep in. The four cute little beds can be turned up on the wall, the light green color is lively and fresh, and the two small blackboards can also be turned up to become a small podium.

Four desks are arranged in a straight line, which greatly saves space. The desks can also be adjusted up and down to fully adapt to the changes in children's height during their growth. The cabinets are placed outside the human scale, which greatly increases the storage space of the room.

The quadruplets' bedroom cleverly combines the functions of study and bedroom, and can also be used as a small classroom.

The adjustable desk in the quadruplets' room is an exquisite detail.

The design of the parents' bedroom is also full of ingenuity: considering the actual situation of the small room area, the large bed in the parents' room is designed to be flipped up on the wall. When the bed is folded up, the space can be used as a lounge. The door is an inner door, and when the inner door is flipped down, it becomes a miniature table tennis table between the master bedroom and the living room, and then it becomes a small playground full of joy. This multifunctional design concept significantly increases the efficiency of space use.

When the bed is folded up, the room appears spacious and bright;

When the bed is lowered, it can provide a comfortable sleeping space for parents.

The door of the parents' bedroom is turned to form a ping-pong table, making it convenient for the quadruplet brothers to exercise to their heart's content.

The ingenious design has successfully created an ideal space for both living and playing.

The design of the sister's bedroom is also ingenious: it is not a completely independent room, and there is a sliding door between it and the kitchen. Because the owner's eldest daughter is already in college and only comes home on weekends, the design fully considers the phased utilization rate due to time differences, and hides the bed in the wall to form an open space. The main ceiling area is above the daughter's room. In order not to waste space, a hole is deliberately opened, storage space is set up inside the ceiling, and an invisible staircase is added, which greatly enhances the safety when taking things.

The sister's room perfectly combines comfort and privacy.

The living room is defined as a multi-functional activity room. The entire floor is paved with wooden flooring, which can reduce the feeling of coldness when walking barefoot and is also an ideal material for children to dance Latin dance. The sofa is designed in a simple straight line shape, naturally forming an "audience seat", allowing family members to easily watch the children's wonderful performances such as storytelling, playing the Hulusi or dancing. There are also drawers under the sofa.

The use of a large mirror in the living room not only meets the needs of the quadruplet brothers to practice Latin dance, but the mirror can also expand the small space, giving people a sense of visual extension.

Behind the rotating storage cabinet, there is a unique storage code hidden.

The soft decoration of the living room background wall - the Hulusi played by the quadruplet brothers, adds a unique artistic atmosphere to the space. Above the sofa area, a ceiling cabinet is set in a position that people cannot touch when sitting normally, which fully increases the storage space.

Behind the sofa, the graffiti that the children drew on the bedroom wall when they were young was photographed and made into a background, which became a precious memory of the children's growth. Four sets of cute Hulusi also became an indispensable embellishment in the living room.

The living room top cabinet is equipped with professional stage spotlights to simulate the realism of live performances and increase the real stage feeling of children's performances. The coffee table is designed to be split or combined, suitable for different number of people.

The four doors in the middle of the living room are made of frosted glass, and the doors are mounted with calligraphy works of the quadruplet brothers. They are semi-transparent and can be replaced regularly.

The kitchen space also demonstrates the complex functions and multifunctional use of the space, such as the spatial interest created by the opening and closing of the kitchen.

In the kitchen space, there is a hidden ceiling ladder storage cabinet. Because the area is small, it is particularly important to pay attention to storage.

Make full use of every inch of space and use ladders to facilitate storage and retrieval of items.

Let’s take a look at the house before the renovation: the narrow entrance space, the messy living room before the renovation, the crowded and cramped parents’ room before the renovation, the small and dim bedroom of the quadruplets before the renovation, and the unreasonable layout of the sister’s room before the renovation.
