Nandu reporter noticed that on July 15, Foshan Xidi Microelectronics Group Co., Ltd. issued an announcement on the acquisition of the equity of the Korean company Zinitix Co., Ltd. by its wholly-owned subsidiary, which mentioned: Xidi Micro's second-level wholly-owned subsidiary HMI intends to acquire 30.91% of Zinitix's equity for 21005377046 won (equivalent to approximately RMB 109391610.49); after the completion of this transaction, Zinitix will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xidi Micro.



Public information shows that Xidiwei is a power management chip design company headquartered in Guicheng, Nanhai, Foshan. Its main products are DC/DC chips, super fast charging chips, lithium battery fast charging chips, port protection and signal switching chips, voice coil motor driver chips, etc., which are mainly used in smart phones. The products have entered the consumer electronic equipment supply chain system of brand customers such as Samsung, vivo, and OPPO.

The announcement shows that Zinitix was founded in 2000 and listed on the KOSDAQ, a Korean stock market, in 2019. With its deep accumulation in the field of analog chips and continuous research and development by its core technology team, it has formed a core technology system with strong industry competitiveness, including digital design technology, analog design technology, high-power circuit design technology, closed-loop control technology, MCU application software technology, etc. It has the development capability to provide a diversified product portfolio to meet customers' wide range of needs from wearable devices and smartphones to laptops, air conditioners, TVs and other general household appliances.
