Sanyan Technology reported on July 16 that recently, He Tao, co-founder of Xiaopeng Motors, established a new company called "Guangzhou Sanshou Technology Co., Ltd." It is reported that the entrepreneurial direction may be robots, two-wheel electric vehicles, etc.

Tianyancha shows that Guangzhou Sanshou Technology Co., Ltd. was established on June 20, 2024 with a registered capital of 100,000 yuan. The legal representative is Jiao Qingchun. The business scope includes: software development; artificial intelligence application software development; information system integration services; computer system services; technical services, technical development, technical consulting, technical exchanges, technology transfer, technology promotion; information technology consulting services, etc.


The company has two shareholders, He Tao holds 70% and Jiao Qingchun holds 30%.

It is understood that Jiao Qingchun was previously the vice president of Xiaopeng Motors, responsible for the Xiaopeng Motors Technology Center and the head of the Xiaopeng H platform. He reported to He Xiaopeng and left Xiaopeng Motors in early July. After Jiao Qingchun left, his subordinate Yu Peng, the former head of the embedded development department, will take over as the head of the automotive technology center.

In March this year, Sanyan noticed that in the "Team Member Information" column on Xiaopeng Motors' official website, the company's co-founders Xia Heng and He Tao had been changed from members of the "core management team" to "lifetime honors."
