This case is a renovation of an old house with an area of ​​77 square meters. The owner expects the home to be simple and clean, without too much decoration, with a large kitchen where one can enjoy delicious food and a separate study.

After the owner renovated the house 10 years ago, it has been rented out, so the current situation is quite bad. The super cool marquee and the free switching of multi-color lights give it a rural KTV feel. It feels so sour and refreshing...

The designer made the following modifications based on the owner's needs: the balcony of the master bedroom was closed and converted into a study room. No fixed bookcases were installed. In the future, when children are born, the desk will be moved to the second bedroom, and the bookcase will be moved next to the TV cabinet as a display cabinet; the open kitchen, the large refrigerator is moved next to the dining table, and the 1.5m dining table can meet the needs of gatherings; the ceiling was removed, the color tone is mainly log white, the tatami was raised to take into account the storage function, and a porch cabinet was used to divide the living and dining room space.

| Entrance |

The designer uses a combined entrance hall and storage cabinet to divide the original large space into two independent spaces: the living room and the dining room. This not only increases the storage space of the whole house, but also provides a certain degree of visual shielding. The induction light in the entrance hall means that you don’t have to go dark when you return home at night.

A shoe-changing bench is set up next to the entrance door, and underneath it is a two-layer shoe rack for storing home slippers and some commonly worn shoes.

| Living Room |

The owner likes simplicity, so the furniture in the living room is very simple and light. Plus, the couple also likes to tidy up, so the house is very tidy every day.

The dark gray fabric sofa is low-key and simple, and the bright yellow pillows serve as embellishment to add vitality to the space.

The TV wall is left blank for projection. In your spare time, you can sit on the sofa and watch a big-screen movie. At the same time, the TV sockets and interfaces are also retained, which is very convenient for installing a TV in the future.

The leisure balcony outside the living room can be used to enjoy the cool in summer and sun in winter.

| Restaurant |

The kitchen and dining room are designed as an open plan, with a new 70cm short wall built to move the refrigerator and sideboard outside, making them more convenient to use and also meeting the needs of gatherings with many people.

The wooden dining table and wooden sideboard are decorated with fresh green plants, which are natural and warm. Exquisite small objects add fun to life.

| Kitchen |

For owners who like to cook, there are many bottles, jars, tools and containers at home, so the kitchen design is particularly important, with more storage and ease of use as the key points. The design of high and low platforms increases the convenience of operation.

Fresh white checkered tiles + oak cabinets make the whole kitchen clean, tidy and bright.

| Master Bedroom |

The master bedroom is large and has a custom-made 2.1m wardrobe. The internal structure is also designed according to the owner's storage needs, and all kinds of clothes are stored here.

There is also a small desk at the head of the bed, which also serves as the hostess's dressing table, so there is no need for a dressing stool.

The combination of blue background, gray curtains and bedding in the master bedroom is elegant and peaceful.

| Study |

The balcony of the master bedroom was converted into an independent work and study area. Considering that there will be children in the future, no fixed furniture was designed.

On the other side of the desk, there is a leisure recliner. When you are tired from work, you can lie down and rest for a while, looking at the mountain view in the distance.

| Second bedroom |

The second bedroom is customized with tatami. The three outermost drawers are used to store commonly used items, and the cabinet under the mattress is used to store quilts and blankets that need to be replaced less frequently during the season.

| Bathroom |

The practical bathroom uses a mirror cabinet to increase storage, and the open cabinets next to it can be used to place skin care products, cups, etc. The pull-out faucet can rotate 360 ​​degrees, which is very convenient for rinsing your mouth, washing your hair, and cleaning the countertop.
