Fallout: London is a highly anticipated large-scale mod for Fallout 4. After several years of development, the size of the mod is comparable to the main game. After the next-generation update of Fallout 4 forced the release to be postponed, more bad news was announced for players who wanted to experience the mod.

A few days ago, the development team Team FOLON announced that the Mod they released will use a standalone installer with a version rollback tool to allow "Fallout 4" to roll back to before the next-generation version update, because that version has "inherent defects" and is incompatible with the Mod.

Now, the team says that players of the Epic Games Store version of Fallout 4 will not be able to access the mod. This is because the platform does not have an update rollback feature, so players cannot get the pre-update version of the game. A GOG spokesperson further explained this and emphasized that the PC-based digital storefront should provide this feature.

On the other hand, it should be noted that this mod is not distributed through the Nexus Mods website used by most other mods, but is only available through GOG because it is too large, with a size of over 30GB.
