A pre-release build of Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine II has reportedly leaked online.

According to a Reddit user, the developer build was uploaded to a torrent site in late June.

This version appears to be fully playable and even has the ability to play with friends.

The video of the opening mission is being uploaded to a YouTube channel and contains a lot of plot spoilers.

The sequel to the 2011 classic hack-and-slash game Starfighter is in development by Saber Interactive and will be published by Focus Entertainment, and VGC has contacted the official company regarding the leak.

"Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 2" was revealed during the 2021 Game Awards ceremony and was originally scheduled to be released in 2023, but was later delayed. It is expected to be released on PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC on September 9, 2024.

At the end of June, Sabre and Focus announced that the Starfighter 2 public beta had been canceled.

They claimed that running the beta as originally planned would distract the game's developers as they prepare for the game's release.

"Starfighter 2 is almost ready," the game explained. "We are now fully focused on optimizing, polishing, and addressing remaining issues before the release on September 9th."

"This means we won't be offering a public online beta as this would prevent the development team from preparing for full release, and our priority is ensuring the best possible experience for players at launch."

Earlier this month, Focus announced that Starfighter 2 had been completed and was entering the stage of being sent to the factory for pressing.
