"Hongmeng PC version" appears on Huawei's official developer website

IT Home reported on July 15 that Huawei's HarmonyOS NEXT system has started pioneer user Beta testing for Mate 60, Mate X5 mobile phones, and MatePad Pro 13.2 tablets. The system will bring new element design and user interaction experience.

IT Home noticed that in the design guide of Huawei's HarmonyOS developer official website, in addition to mobile phones and tablets, the "Hongmeng PC version" page layout has appeared, and the adapted applications cover audio and video, social networking, shooting, reading, shopping, finance, life, travel and other categories of usage scenarios.

The full page design details of the "Hongmeng PC version" have not yet been announced. From the design specifications, we can see that the PC version displays aStatus bar information, including: input method, volume, battery capacity and time, etc. (the official picture does not show all the information, and some information is blocked); the bottom hasApplication Dock, including resident functions and applications.


In addition, the HarmonyOS two-in-one device application design guide has demonstrated various application UI interface demonstrations such as efficiency and immersion, and provided multiple interface cases, including weather apps, file explorers, etc.



Wang Chenglu, former Huawei executive and CEO of Shenzhen Kaihong Digital Industry Development Co., Ltd., said in an interaction with netizens in September last year that PC Hongmeng will be available this year.
