The 37-storey Immersive Tower is located in the heart of Dubai's financial district and is the latest landmark of the Dubai International Financial Centre. The project was conceptually designed by Aedas Global Design Directors Lin Jingheng and David Clayton, and will create an innovative business environment with commercial, leisure and retail spaces.

The team created a distinctive building outline through two symmetrical V-shaped cuts, showing off Dubai's unique urban scenery. The design creates a stepped terrace and rooftop facilities at the crown of the tower, where people can enjoy the beautiful views of the Gate Building and Gateway Avenue. The bottom V-shaped section above the podium is 5 stories high, forming a landmark dining venue and public space full of greenery. The facade uses vertical decorative strips to further enhance the vertical extension of the tower.

The Immersive Tower combines work, leisure and luxury experiences to meet the evolving needs of companies and their employees. The elegant lobby design creates a high-quality working environment. Between the podium and the roof terrace is a 24-story office area that will provide more than 58,573 square meters of Grade A office space. In addition, the tower also has approximately 10,596 square meters of commercial retail space, including a rooftop club, and 680 square meters of supporting facilities.

Lin Jingheng shared: "We have built a luxurious private club and rooftop terrace on the top three floors of the tower, which not only showcases the tower's high-end corporate image, but also creates a unique leisure experience."

In order to maximize the connectivity between the building and surrounding developments, the podium adopts an open design to connect with the surroundings, allowing the project to be seamlessly connected to the community. The three-story high lobby space and landscaped forecourt create an impressive sense of arrival ceremony.

“DIFC Immersive is a multifunctional and highly accessible building that is closely connected to the surrounding developments and is based on a modern, people-centric design concept to create a vibrant work-life balance in the bustling financial district, which complements DIFC’s master plan for the area,” said Clifton.
