There are legal risks in participating in virtual currency investment and trading activities, and the losses caused by this shall be borne by the person himself.

To this end, the Office of the Leading Group for Preventing and Dealing with Illegal Fund Raising in Fujian Province reminds the general public that virtual currency lacks a clear value basis and is easily subject to malicious speculation and price manipulation, becoming a tool for illegal fundraising, fraud, money laundering, drug trafficking, smuggling and other illegal and criminal activities.
