the ministry of industry and information technology attaches great importance to the protection of user rights and interests, and continues to rectify violations of apps that infringe on user rights and interests in accordance with laws and regulations such as the personal information protection law, the cybersecurity law, the telecommunications regulations, and the regulations on the protection of personal information of telecommunications and internet users. behavior. recently, our ministry organized a third-party testing agency to conduct random inspections and found a total of 21 apps and sdks that infringed on user rights (see the attachment for details), which are now reported.

the above-mentioned apps and sdks should be rectified in accordance with relevant regulations. if the rectifications are not implemented in place, our ministry will organize relevant disposal work in accordance with laws and regulations.
