off-campus training institutions and related practitioners in the city:
the national day is approaching. in order to continue to consolidate the results of dezhou city's "double reduction" work and ensure that children have a safe and happy national day holiday, the following requirements are put forward to the city's off-campus training institutions and practitioners:
1. it is strictly prohibited to carry out subject-based training in violation of regulations during the national day
according to the "double reduction" policy,off-campus training institutions are not allowed to use national statutory holidays, rest days and winter and summer vacations to organize subject-based training, no institution or individual is allowed to organize any form of off-campus training in disciplines during the national day holidays.
2. standardize the collection of training fees
all off-campus training institutions must publicize information such as fee items and standards in a prominent location at the training venue. off-campus training institutionsfees that span more than 3 months or 60 hours of lessons are not allowed to be charged at one time，and the one-time charge shall not exceed 5,000 yuan. it is necessary to strictly implement the contract management requirements, sign a training service contract with the training objects or their guardians, and use the "off-campus training service contract for primary and secondary school students (model text)" (2021 revised edition) jointly formulated by the ministry of education and the state administration for market regulation, and according to actual invoice issuance.
3. fulfill the main responsibility of safety production
various off-campus training institutionswe must put the safety of students' lives first and strictly implement the "nine regulations on fire safety management of off-campus training institutions", put an end to paralyzing thoughts, check for leaks and fill in the gaps, provide adequate fire extinguishers and other safety equipment, keep fire escape routes open, conduct regular safety inspections and emergency evacuation drills, and provide students with a safe and healthy training environment.
4. carry out training in accordance with laws and regulations
