according to the person in charge of the project, in order to successfully complete the capping of building 1 before the national day, the project department scientifically laid out the construction plan, strengthened overall work scheduling, increased investment in human, financial, material and other resources, and made every effort to rushing to meet the deadline and meeting the schedule, we overcame the complex on-site environment, unfavorable weather and other factors. on the premise of ensuring construction safety and quality, we went all out to accelerate the progress of the project.
the project has a total of 10 buildings, including teaching buildings, science and technology buildings, and comprehensive buildings. previously, the wind and rain playground of building 7 has been capped. on the first day of the national day holiday, the construction of the project site was still in full swing, with all 10 working surfaces being rolled out.
"all frontline staff will continue to stick to their posts during the national day, carry out normal construction, seize the good weather, and speed up the progress. it is planned to achieve the overall capping by the end of the year, laying the foundation for completing the project construction in june next year." said the person in charge of the project.
changsha no. 1 middle school (xiangjiang science city campus) project is an important educational supporting project of xiangjiang science city, and it is also an innovative move of changsha no. 1 middle school’s “one school, two sites”. changsha no. 1 middle school will implement the integrated management of middle and high schools in accordance with the school-running strategy of "integrated management team, consistent school running philosophy, and same teaching system", and all teachers will be uniformly selected, deployed, and arranged in an overall manner.
the school plans to have 96 classes, including 36 junior high school classes and 60 high school classes. it covers an area of about 180 acres and a total construction area of about 108,000 square meters. it is planned to open in september 2025. after the school is completed, it will effectively solve the current shortage of school space in changsha no. 1 middle school. at the same time, it will expand the supply of high-quality educational resources in xiangjiang science city, improve the supporting facilities of xiangjiang science city, and promote the integrated development of changsha, zhuzhou and tan regions.
