this is how the end of the "life" of an old tv begins.

it is first manually dismantled from the outer casing, and then undergoes two stages of dust removal. under a series of three-dimensional disassembly processes, the circuit board, degaussing wire, tuner, electron gun, transformer, speaker, white copper wire, aperture, etc. explosion-proof steel rings were dismantled in categories.

through the crt (a display using cathode ray tube) screen cone cutting room of the dismantling plant, the picture tube of the tv is separated from the screen glass and the leaded cone glass through the screen cutting machine. the phosphor in the screen glass is collected by suction equipment and stored in a sealed manner. finally, the different materials dismantled from the used tv sets will be sorted and stored.
