beijing continues to guide new investment and promote the construction of new infrastructure.since the beginning of this year, the city has built 14,200 5g base stations, completing the annual construction target ahead of schedule.from january to august this year, the city's four e-level public intelligent computing centers added 5,970p of computing power, and it is expected that an additional 10,000p will be added within the year. traditional data centers are accelerating their green and intelligent transformation. the city's data centers have consumed a total of 288 million kilowatt hours of green electricity, which has exceeded the consumption of last year.
beijing is developing new industries and promoting the opening up of the entire digital economy industry chain. the beijing general artificial intelligence industry innovation partnership plan has attracted a total of 260 upstream and downstream ecological partners;the city has 82 large models registered with the central cyberspace administration, accounting for nearly half of the country's total;the municipal economic and information technology bureau, together with haidian district and economic development zone, used the computing power coupon policy to support more than 60 large model companies in obtaining low-cost computing power, reducing the computing power usage costs for enterprises by 13.4%.
