on september 26, at the office building of china star network xiongan headquarters, the xiongan new area management committee and china star network group jointly held a joint acceptance and certification award for the completion of the china star network xiongan headquarters project. this marked the first time that beijing was not the capital city. the functional central enterprise headquarters was officially completed and delivered and settled in xiongan.
the project officially started construction in june 2022 and lasted for two years and three months. the completion acceptance was completed on september 23, 2024. it is expected to be officially put into use in october. china star network group company and its affiliated companies will relocate their employees to the office.
this project is located in the internet industrial park in the startup zone of xiongan new area. when viewed from the air, the office building looks like four petals, which means "flowers bloom in xiongan and stars shine in china". the central volume is like a jade cong, coinciding with the satellite body; the surrounding ribbons are like petals. it blooms into the urban green axis and surrounds the site like a satellite orbit.
gao huaijun, deputy director of the xiongan new area management committee, officially issued a completion joint acceptance letter to china star network group. huang haiqing, director of the infrastructure office of china star network group, and comrades from relevant departments of xiongan new area attended the meeting.
china star network group resolutely implements the decisions and arrangements of the central government, deeply takes root in xiongan, integrates into xiongan, and promotes xiongan, and is committed to setting a benchmark for central enterprises to settle in xiongan.
this project is the first central enterprise project in xiongan new district to implement the government assistance mechanism. the new district relies on the principle of "door-to-door service and responds when needed" and implements "the leaders of the management committee take the lead in door-to-door consultation every month + the heads of each department practice door-to-door service every week" " mechanism, combined with the considerate service of "monthly and thoughtful" party members and cadres.
