shi taifeng said,china vocational education society as a mass organization led by the party，we must thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the third plenary session of the 20th cpc central committee, adhere to the nature of the united front, base ourselves on our own characteristics, strengthen our own construction, and make new and greater contributions to the comprehensive promotion of the great cause of building a strong country and promoting national rejuvenation.

zheng jianbang, chairman of the central committee of the revolutionary committee of the chinese kuomintang, gao yunlong, chairman of the all-china federation of industry and commerce, and huai jinpeng, minister of education, delivered speeches on behalf of the central committees of the democratic parties, mass organizations and the ministry of education. hao mingjin, executive chairman of the presidium of the conference, delivered a work report on behalf of the 12th council.

the meeting elected a new board of directors and voted to pass the resolution on the "work report of the 12th board of directors of the china vocational education society" and the resolution on the "constitution of the china vocational education society (amendment)".hao mingjin was elected as the chairman of the 13th council.qin boyong, wu yan, yu jiadong, liu jiaqiang, xie jingrong, wang gang, wang hongyan, wang huizhen, su hua and zheng qingchun were elected as vice-chairmen.

the official resume shows thathao mingjin, male, han nationality, was born in december 1956 in jiaxiang, shandong province. he is a member of the china democratic national construction association. he started working in december 1971. he graduated from the law school of china university of political science and law with a major in litigation law. he has a postgraduate degree, a doctorate in law, and is a professor.

he is currently the vice chairman of the standing committee of the 14th national people's congress, chairman of the central committee of the china democratic national construction association, and president of the central academy of socialism.
