on september 26, the opening ceremony of dalian digital valley smart innovation park was held in dalian jinpu new district, marking that the development of dalian's digital economy industry has entered the fast lane. dalian digital valley is based on data to promote the deep integration of digital economy and real economy and create a digital industry cluster with international competitiveness. the total construction area of the smart innovation park has been built to 115,000 square meters, with a total investment of about 1.1 billion yuan.

during the event, the dalian artificial intelligence computing center's high-performance computing project was officially launched. dalian artificial intelligence computing center cooperated with china telecom to introduce high-performance computing technology based on the original computing power, and the computing power scale was expanded to more than 500p, becoming the country's leading computing power base.
at the signing ceremony, 13 companies including dalian data industry co., ltd. and harbin yulong automation co., ltd. signed cooperation agreements with dalian detai digital valley bay development co., ltd. 12 units including dalian institute of chemical physics, chinese academy of sciences, future college of dalian university of technology signed computing power cooperation agreements with dalian detai supercomputing technology co., ltd. and dalian branch of china telecom co., ltd.
it is understood that the dalian artificial intelligence computing center's computing power resource pool has been connected to the national integrated computing power network. china telecom has officially licensed the dalian artificial intelligence computing center as the "liaoning hub node of china telecom's education industry computing power interconnection and dispatching center", creating a 1 millisecond low-latency urban computing power network, and through the "xiran" computing power dispatching platform, it has achieved 5 milliseconds of nationwide online computing power dispatching. at the same time, it has built a production and research computing power system that serves education, scientific research and 6 industrial clusters.
