as the first cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zone in the country to propose the concept of "sunshine", shenzhen launched a cross-border e-commerce online comprehensive service platform (hereinafter referred to as the "public service platform") as early as 2016. relying on this platform, in april 2023, shenzhen's cross-border e-commerce sunshine pilot work was launched, officially kicking off the sunshine reform pilot. in august and december of the same year, the 9710 and 9610 public service products were released respectively, opening up a full-chain sunshine path for cross-border e-commerce companies in "customs, exchange, tax, loan, and insurance" at the "shenzhen speed".
the cross-border e-commerce 1210 public service product released this time, with the "0110+1210" "two-stage" model, provides more flexible and efficient logistics and tax processing options for cross-border e-commerce companies with sunshine needs, especially the 1210 "tax refund upon entry into the zone", which accelerates the capital turnover of cross-border e-commerce companies and further enhances the comprehensive competitiveness of companies in the international market.
