wenhua emphasized that in the next step, the national development and reform commission will work with relevant parties to make full use of various policies and ultra-long-term special government bond funds to increase support for the "two new" industries, so that the policy dividends can benefit more consumers better, faster and more conveniently, promote more high-quality durable consumer goods into residents' lives, effectively improve the quality of life of residents, and accelerate the green transformation of development methods.

recently, the policy system and working mechanism for the replacement of old consumer goods with new ones have been accelerated. at the national level, the national development and reform commission took the lead in establishing an inter-ministerial joint meeting system for the "two new" consisting of 21 departments and units. after the introduction of several measures to support the two new in july, relevant departments have successively formulated and issued supporting detailed rules in four fields, including automobiles, home appliances, electric bicycles, and home decoration kitchen and bathroom. in addition, all 115 national standards to be formulated and revised to support the replacement of old consumer goods with new ones have been approved, and 30 of them have been officially released.
