li bin, male, han nationality, was born in february 1964. he started working in november 1980 and has a postgraduate degree.

public information shows that li bin has worked in mudanjiang city for a long time. in his early years, he was an employee of mudanjiang hotel and mudanjiang refrigerator factory. in august 1988, he became a clerk of mudanjiang municipal government science and technology development and exchange center. in december of the same year, he became a clerk in the office of mudanjiang municipal finance bureau. in 1993, he served as deputy manager of the business department of the labor service company of mudanjiang municipal finance bureau.

afterwards, li bin served in several positions, including member of the party committee and deputy director of the mudanjiang municipal urban management administrative law enforcement bureau, secretary of the party committee and director of the environmental sanitation department, and secretary of the party leadership group and director of the mudanjiang municipal urban management comprehensive law enforcement bureau.

in june 2021, li bin was appointed as a member of the party leadership group and deputy director of the mudanjiang municipal people's congress standing committee. in june 2024, li bin was investigated.

the notice mentioned that li bin violated political discipline and privately read illegal publications containing content that undermined the unity of the party.

after research and approval by the standing committee of the heilongjiang provincial commission for discipline inspection and reported to the heilongjiang provincial party committee, it was decided to expel li bin from the party; the heilongjiang provincial supervision commission will cancel the benefits he enjoys in accordance with regulations; confiscate his illegal gains; and transfer his suspected criminal case to the procuratorate for review and prosecution in accordance with the law, and the relevant property will be transferred together.
