liang chenggu, deputy director of the ningxia transportation department, introduced that the subsidy standards for this large-scale equipment renewal in the transportation field mainly include three categories: scrapping and renewal of old operating trucks, renewal of new energy city buses and power batteries, and scrapping and renewal of old ships.
it is understood that ningxia will provide an average subsidy of 30,000 yuan for each diesel truck that is scrapped ahead of schedule and meets the national iii emission standards or below; an average subsidy of 80,000 yuan for each diesel truck that is scrapped ahead of schedule and a new one is purchased that meets the national vi emission standards or a new energy truck; and an average subsidy of 35,000 yuan for each new urban cold chain delivery truck that only meets the requirements.
for the renewal of new energy city buses and power batteries, the subsidy scope and standards are for the renewal and replacement of power batteries of city buses with a vehicle age of 8 years or more, that is, registered before december 31, 2016. for the renewal of new energy city buses, an average subsidy of 80,000 yuan per vehicle is provided; for the replacement of power batteries, a subsidy of 42,000 yuan per vehicle is provided. the subsidy policy will be implemented from july 1, 2024 to december 31, 2024.
in the face of the scrapping and renewal of old operating ships, differentiated subsidies will be implemented for dismantled old inland transport ships, newly built fuel-powered ships, and newly built new energy and clean energy ships, based on type, age, and power type.
