to all consumers:
guangzhou restaurant group co., ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "guangzhou restaurant group") is an enterprise directly supervised by the guangzhou state-owned assets supervision and administration commission. it was founded in 1935 and is a time-honored chinese brand with a reputation as "the first restaurant in guangzhou". recently, our company discovered that guizhou guangjiu catering management co., ltd., guizhou herun international hotel management co., ltd. and other companies, without the consent of our company, used the names of "guangzhou restaurant guiyang store" and "guangzhou restaurant guiyang first store" in their business premises (address: hall a, guanfu no. 1 cultural activity center, no. 378, jinyang north road, guanshanhu district, guiyang city) and on the internet, using trademarks identical or similar to the registered trademark of "guangzhou restaurant", and promoting activities such as "guangzhou restaurant guiyang store [cantonese flavor and guizhou fragrance celebrate the opening]" through online and offline channels, and selling products and services such as "guangzhou restaurant guiyang store member recharge". their actions have caused confusion and misunderstanding among consumers, and are suspected of infringing on the exclusive right to use the "guangzhou restaurant" trademark and unfair competition, which seriously damages the legitimate rights and interests of our company. guangzhou restaurant group has filed a lawsuit with the guiyang intermediate people's court regarding the store's related infringements, requiring guizhou guangjiu catering management co., ltd. and guizhou herun international hotel management co., ltd. to bear the tort liability. the case is currently under trial.
to this end, we hereby solemnly declare as follows:
1. the "guangzhou restaurant guiyang branch" established by guizhou guangjiu catering management co., ltd. and guizhou herun international hotel management co., ltd. is not a catering store directly operated or authorized by guangzhou restaurant group.
2. the "guangzhou restaurant guiyang store member recharge activities (recharge 2,000 yuan to get 300 yuan, recharge 5,000 yuan to get 1,000 yuan, recharge 10,000 yuan to get 2,200 yuan, recharge 20,000 yuan to get 4,500 yuan, recharge 100,000 yuan to get 32,000 yuan)" carried out by guizhou guangjiu catering management co., ltd. and guizhou herun international hotel management co., ltd. have nothing to do with guangzhou restaurant group. guangzhou restaurant group has never authorized guizhou guangjiu catering management co., ltd. and guizhou herun international hotel management co., ltd. to carry out the above-mentioned member recharge activities. consumers are kindly requested to be vigilant to avoid damage to their own rights and interests and disputes caused by purchasing products or services not from guangzhou restaurant group.
