archives of the float celebrating the 50th anniversary of national day.one of the highlights of this opening is the archive of floats in the collection. for example, the floats with the theme of flood control were added to the mass parade on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the national day. in the summer of 1998, a basin-wide flood occurred in the yangtze river basin in my country, and the safety of people's lives and property was seriously threatened. in the fight against the flood, our nation and people showed a very noble spirit, that is, the great flood-fighting spirit of unity, unity, fearlessness of difficulties, hard work, perseverance, and courage to win. in order to commemorate this great spirit, embody the strong cohesion of the chinese nation, the fearless heroism of the chinese people, and the chinese communists, the chinese people's liberation army and the chinese people's fearlessness of difficulties and obstacles, and their strong will and belief in victory, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the national day in 1999, floats with the theme of flood control were added to the mass parade. in 2021, the great flood-fighting spirit was included in the first batch of chinese communists' spiritual spectrum approved by the party central committee.
