(hereinafter referred to as "hunan expressway group") has made significant progress in the field of data value mining and utilization. three core data products have been officially listed on the hunan big data exchange, marking the successful completion of the first batch of data assets of hunan expressway group. it has officially entered a new era of releasing the value of data elements and has become a pioneer in the practice of data assetization of state-owned enterprises in hunan province.
since the beginning of this year, hunan expressway group has anchored the goal of data assetization and has moved forward steadily, from the initial feasibility study to the official launch of the data resource entry project in june. it has gone through several key stages, including a comprehensive inventory of data resources, product planning and design and lineage analysis, revenue evaluation and cost aggregation, and finally achieved the overall planning of data products and the smooth entry of data assets.
in this data asset entry work, hunan expressway group relied on the massive data accumulated through years of digital transformation and information construction to conduct in-depth mining and integration of data resources of the headquarters and its subsidiaries. through a comprehensive inventory, a total of nine data resources were identified, including network toll collection, road network operation, and safety operation and maintenance, covering four major business areas: expressway operation, industrial operation, investment and development, and engineering construction. based on these data resources, the group has formulated a strategic path for data asset productization across different time stages, aiming to create a data product system that not only meets current market demand but also contains the characteristics of hunan expressway.
the first three data assets successfully entered into the table - "hunan province expressway entrance and exit traffic flow analysis data", "highway od traffic flow insight" and "road network operation monitoring and early warning data", respectively focus on service area planning and marketing strategies, in-depth insights into traffic management and improvement of road safety management efficiency, demonstrating hunan expressway group's strong strength in data value creation. the amount of these three assets entered into the table exceeds 7 million yuan. after strict compliance assessment, they have been listed for trading on the hunan big data exchange, marking that hunan expressway group's data assets have officially entered the market-oriented operation track.
