the state sports general administration, the ministry of commerce, and the ministry of culture and tourism launched the "sports events entering scenic spots, streets, and business districts" campaign, and xiangtan wanlou was transformed into a vibrant, dopamine-filled sports field. uniform square dance and tai chi performances, dynamic street dance, skillful juggling, exciting slashing, and cool cheerleading were performed one after another, releasing vitality in this ancient yet youthful new cultural and tourism landmark, showing the city style of xiangtan where everyone is motivated.
this event is divided into 12 individual challenges and group challenges. at the event site, fitness enthusiasts and many passers-by actively participated, showing their skills, challenging themselves, and feeling the charm of sports and sharing the joy of sports.
after the competition, in the individual events, hu zhonglin won the challenge of juggling king, shen junqi won the challenge of basketball king, kuang xiong won the challenge of table tennis push and block king, hu yubo won the challenge of breakdance king, chen chao won the challenge of gobang king, ma jianhe won the challenge of gateball king, ouyang hanxin won the challenge of chop king, wang weihuang and li jiawen won the challenge of pad king, peng longyu and zhou ke won the challenge of badminton net king, dutt and wang nan won the challenge of latin king title; in the team events, yuetang district dance star team won the challenge of line dance king, and hunan university of science and technology team won the challenge of cheerleading king.
the top two players in the individual challenge event and the first place team in the team challenge event at xiangtan station will successfully advance and represent xiangtan to yueyang city to participate in the provincial finals held on november 3.
this site's activities are initiated by the mass sports department of the general administration of sport of china, co-organized by the all-china sports federation, hunan provincial sports bureau, and xiangtan municipal people's government, and hosted by the xiangtan municipal bureau of culture, tourism, radio, television and sports.
