global piano masters shine brightly online and offline at shanghai jiukeshu future art center, presenting mid-autumn festival blessings for chinese and global audiences in 2024!

at 19:00 on the evening of september 19, the night of the full moon, the city of shanghai was filled with music. in this mid-autumn festival with the cool breeze and the fragrance of osmanthus, shanghai jiukeshu future art center ushered in an unprecedented music carnival! twelve famous pianists from all over the world participated in the performance live or via online video. russian pianist sergey davchenko, who just won the famous tchaikovsky piano competition, played tchaikovsky's "the hunt" and the third movement of rachmaninoff's second piano concerto live, bringing the evening to a climax.

these top artists traveled across mountains and seas, and used the dance of their fingertips to perform musical legends that transcend national boundaries.

singaporean young pianist wei zongyi represented singapore in the chinese mid-autumn festival "music without borders, sharing the beauty of the moon across thousands of miles". he kicked off the piano master's online performance with his own adaptation of the national day songs "home" and "the road ahead", combining the civic spirit of a modern country with the skills and expressiveness of liszt-style classical music, showing superb piano playing skills and music creation talent, and presenting singapore's mid-autumn festival blessings to audiences in china and the world. september 19 was also the day when the mv of the singapore national day song medley arranged and composed by wei zongyi was first released. former cctv director wan wei was specially invited to take charge, giving wings to this music, making music a bridge connecting our hearts.
