in view of the changeable running temperatures in autumn and winter, li chen said that the design revolves around several core keywords such as "lightweight, protection, temperature lock, and layering". when the outdoor temperature drops to around 5℃, runners should wear long-sleeved t-shirts, smart compression trousers and other equipment for exercise; when the temperature reaches -5℃, woolen warm hats, windproof tops, sports jackets, running quick-drying pants, mid-tube socks, etc. should keep up; when the temperature drops to -15℃ to -25℃, warm equipment such as velvet base suits, windproof velvet jackets, running hooded warm cotton jackets, soft shell jackets, soft shell pants, etc. should be equipped to keep warm while running.
