for individual consumers who scrap fuel passenger cars with national iii emission standards or below or new energy passenger cars registered before april 30, 2018:
for scrapping the above two types of vehicles and purchasing a qualified new energy passenger car, the subsidy standard will be increased from the previous subsidy of 10,000 yuan to 20,000 yuan;
the subsidy for scrapping fuel vehicles with national emission standards of iii or below and purchasing fuel passenger vehicles with a displacement of 2.0 liters or less will be increased from the previous 7,000 yuan to 15,000 yuan;

how much will the subsidy standard increase?
according to the purchase price of a new car (the amount of the car purchase invoice, the total price and tax), it is divided into three levels:

individual consumers who purchase products with energy efficiency or water efficiency standards of level 2 or above will be subsidized 15% of the product sales price (based on the tax-inclusive price of the product sales invoice, the same below).

smart home category: 11 types of smart home products, including smart door locks (including smart anti-theft doors), smart home monitoring, smart voice facilities (including smart speakers and audio), smart massage chairs (including massage equipment), smart sofas, smart beds (including smart mattresses), smart fitness equipment, smart bathrooms, smart sweeping robots (including floor scrubbers), smart toilets (including smart toilet lids), and smart clothes drying racks;

(2) supporting aging-friendly consumption among families.
for individual consumers who purchase nursing beds, wheelchairs (walkers), emergency call devices, hearing aids, electronic blood pressure monitors, electronic blood glucose meters and other aging-friendly products, a single purchase of 500 yuan or more can be subsidized up to 30% of the product sales price (after excluding all discounts), and the cumulative subsidy for each consumer shall not exceed 5,000 yuan. local governments can reasonably increase the number of subsidized categories based on local conditions. it is encouraged to promote the consistency of online and offline subsidies.

how to apply
subsidies for electric bicycles are provided in the form of post-supplementation:
the place where the application is accepted is the place where the invoice for the newly purchased electric bicycle is issued.
individual consumers who meet the subsidy conditions can enter the local declaration entrance of the "fujian electric bicycle trade-in zone" through the unionpay quickpass app (mini program), fill in the relevant information according to the system prompts, and upload identity information, bank card information, old vehicle frame number, old vehicle recycling certificate, old vehicle license plate cancellation certificate, new vehicle purchase invoice, new vehicle license plate, new vehicle driving license and other supporting documents.

what is the subsidy standard?
