among them, geely's booth brought models such as galaxy e5, galaxy l6, galaxy l7, galaxy e8 and geely star wish which has not yet been launched. these models concentratedly applied geely's latest technological achievements such as gea architecture, aegis dagger battery, thor electric hybrid, galaxy 11-in-1 intelligent electric drive, and galaxy flyme auto intelligent cockpit system.
in particular, the aegis short blade battery equipped in the galaxy e5 is the latest generation of "blade-type" lithium iron phosphate battery independently developed and produced by geely. it has unique properties such as high safety, long life, ultra-fast charging, and good low-temperature performance.
"the aegis dagger battery is safer than the long blade battery." li shufu, chairman of geely holding group, said at the auto show, "the aegis dagger battery is 580mm long, which is the golden size obtained through a large number of scientific experiments. compared with the 960mm long blade battery, the aegis dagger battery has a 30% higher rigidity, and its internal resistance and heat generation are reduced by 5.5%. its safety, lifespan and performance have all been improved."
in li shufu's view, intelligent new energy vehicles are the key driving force for the development of new quality productivity, the intersection of many new technologies such as new energy, new materials, new generation information technology, advanced manufacturing, etc., and are also the application carrier of current high-tech.
