the detailed announcement is as follows
according to the 2025 air force recruitment work arrangements, in order to do a solid job in all stages of the air force recruitment and continue to promote the upward and positive development of the sichuan air force recruitment work, the following matters are hereby notified:
1. enrollment plan
in 2025, the air force will recruit flight cadets across the province to supplement the flight personnel teams of the air force and army aviation corps. the task indicators will be based on the notifications of the ministry of education, the ministry of public security, and the political work department of the central military commission. the air force will continue to recruit "dual-enrollment" flight cadets from across the province in cooperation with peking university, tsinghua university, and beijing university of aeronautics and astronautics.
ii. registration requirements
1. male high school graduates, current and past graduates, aged not less than 17 and not more than 20 years old (born between august 31, 2005 and august 31, 2008).
2. love the communist party of china, love the motherland, love the people, be politically reliable, progressive in thought, have good moral character, upright style, abide by laws and regulations, have a clean history, meet the political assessment standards for flight recruitment, volunteer, and have the support of parents (guardians).
3. the height should be between 165 and 185 cm, the naked eye vision of both eyes should be above 0.8 on the air force recruitment standard "c" type vision chart, the applicant should not have undergone vision correction surgery, should not have worn orthokeratology lenses, should not have color blindness, color weakness, strabismus, and should not have a history of syncope or coma.
4. have a strong interest and desire in flying, quick thinking, flexible response, coordinated movements, strong learning ability, good image and temperament, cheerful personality, stable emotions, and a courageous spirit.
5. ordinary high school graduates must be candidates who choose physics as their first choice (other subjects will be subject to the official notification of the air force at a later stage), their foreign language must be english or russian, and their expected college entrance examination scores must be above the province's special admission control score line.
3. work arrangements
sichuan province's 2025 air force recruitment work will start in early october 2024 and end in early july 2025, and will be implemented in seven phases.
1. mobilization for registration
1. general publicity. each city (state) enrollment and examination institution should give full play to the main channel role of publicity and mobilization, carry out targeted work deployment and release recruitment information; guide and urge schools in the jurisdiction to take effective measures, strengthen publicity and mobilization, and actively create a good atmosphere for enthusiastic registration.
2. concentrated publicity. in mid-to-late october, the chengdu selection center of the air force recruitment bureau will send a publicity team to work with the admissions and examination institutions of various cities (prefectures) to go deep into some key middle schools across the province to carry out policy presentations on school recruitment for students and teachers. admissions and examination institutions at all levels and relevant schools should actively cooperate with air force personnel to carry out school publicity.
3. organize registration. each city (state) admissions examination institution should guide the schools in their jurisdiction to check the physical, ideological, and academic performance of the registered students according to the registration conditions specified in the notice, and compile a list of registered students by city (state) and submit it to the chengdu selection center of the air force recruitment bureau before october 20.
2. cultural audit
after the preliminary selection, each city (state) admissions examination institution will take the lead and provide qualified students with their test scores and grade rankings at each school level and above in accordance with the relevant requirements of the chengdu selection center of the air force recruitment bureau, laying a solid foundation for later selection testing, political assessment and other stages of work.
(iii) primary election
1. test time: october (specific test arrangements will be notified separately by the chengdu selection center of the air force recruitment bureau).
2. setting up of preliminary selection stations. preliminary selection stations will be set up in 18 cities (prefectures) including chengdu, deyang, mianyang, guangyuan, bazhong, dazhou, guang'an, nanchong, suining, ziyang, panzhihua, ya'an, meishan, leshan, yibin, luzhou, zigong, and neijiang, and registered students will be organized to go to the nearest station for examination.
3. notes. students must bring their second-generation resident id cards (or household registration books) and the "air force recruitment of high school students physical examination form" to the designated location to participate in the preliminary selection; relevant middle schools shall assign special personnel to lead the team and organize it strictly according to the requirements of the notice. students are exempt from the test fee, and are responsible for their own transportation, food and accommodation expenses; the travel expenses of the team leader will be reimbursed by the unit.
(iv) multiple choice
in december, a station will be set up at the chengdu selection center of the air force recruitment bureau to organize all students who have passed the preliminary selection and met the cultural review requirements to participate in the re-selection. the test content includes medical selection, psychological selection and preliminary political assessment (specific test arrangements will be notified separately at that time).
5. selection in stages
1. pre-college entrance examination selection. according to the work arrangement of the air force recruitment bureau, it is initially planned to organize some students who have passed the re-selection and have high academic performance to participate in the pre-college entrance examination selection from march to april 2025.
2. selection after the college entrance examination. after the college entrance examination results are announced, students who have reached the recommendation line (those who have passed the preliminary selection but did not participate in the selection before the college entrance examination and those who have been selected once) will be organized to participate in the selection after the college entrance examination (the specific test arrangements will be notified separately at that time).
(vi) political assessment
from march to july 2025, the chengdu selection center of the air force recruitment bureau will organize relevant students in batches to undergo political assessments.
vii. admission
the admission work is arranged in the sichuan province undergraduate early admission. all qualified candidates should fill in the air force aviation university application in the undergraduate early admission. during the admission, among the qualified candidates, the admission will be based on the admission principles of the sichuan province undergraduate early admission according to the candidates' wishes. the air force recruitment bureau will conduct comprehensive selection and admission of the candidates according to the annual task indicators of sichuan province (the specific admission principles will be announced separately after the air force is clarified). the "dual enrollment" students of peking university, tsinghua university and beihang university will be admitted by the air force recruitment bureau and the three universities for the second time.
iv. relevant requirements
(i) strengthen organizational leadership. each city (state) enrollment and examination institution should maintain a high level of political awareness and awareness of the overall situation, take the initiative to stand at the height of maintaining national aerospace security, put the air force recruitment on the important agenda of enrollment work, and the main leaders should personally inquire about it and designate a person in charge. each middle school should clearly define the recruitment liaison department and liaison officer, specifically organize and coordinate the recruitment work, and truly form a mechanism of unity and joint management.
(ii) carry out publicity and mobilization in a solid manner. each city (state) admissions examination institution should carefully analyze the local student source structure and students' willingness to apply for the exam, increase publicity efforts for recruitment, and comprehensively display the air force's style, publicize aerospace culture, and build social consensus through special meetings and portal website dissemination. each middle school should make full use of work deployment meetings and campus networks, class groups, campus broadcasts, publicity windows and other carriers to carry out in-depth publicity, ensure that every senior high school student understands the air force recruitment policy, and encourage more outstanding students to sign up for the election.
(iii) carefully do a good job of protecting the candidates. in view of the fact that the candidates who participate in the air force recruitment have a good cultural foundation and a wide range of choices in the college entrance examination, the admissions examination institutions and middle schools at all levels should correctly guide the candidates who are shortlisted for the recruitment to establish firm ideals and beliefs, and enhance their sense of superiority and honor for the military flight profession. in order to prevent the phenomenon of giving up in the key links such as selection, political assessment, and admission, the relevant middle schools should arrange for the leaders of the moral education, political education department and the class teacher to have a heart-to-heart talk with each seedling, keep abreast of their ideological trends, and focus on helping those who are not firm in their application attitude to firmly determine their application intention.
