after fierce competition, zhen jianfeng of gansu provincial team, su zhengpeng of gansu provincial team, and wang yaping of qinghai provincial team won the top three places in the men's youth group of the 1st national fitness competition (northwest division) cycling competition, ma haijun of qinghai provincial team, zhou feng of qinghai provincial team, and wang guowei of qinghai provincial team won the top three places in the men's elite group, wang guozhang of qinghai provincial team, cheng xiangrong of qinghai provincial team, and xu dong of gansu provincial team won the top three places in the men's masters group, guan xinyu of xinjiang team, ma jing of gansu provincial team, and mei fang of qinghai provincial team won the top three places in the women's elite group, zhao ruilan of gansu provincial team, chen feng of gansu provincial team, and zhu yumei of gansu provincial team won the top three places in the women's masters group.

the theme of this competition is "the most beautiful poplars and golden jinta". the unique natural scenery and rich tourism resources of jinta county provide unique conditions for the competition. this competition is a circle race with a total track length of 47.6 kilometers. the route passes through many famous attractions in the desert poplar forest scenic area, such as the dead forest, beacon tower, golden countryside, sand date forest, jinta lake, hanhai weird willow, jinsha carnival, etc., so that contestants can appreciate the beautiful scenery of jinta county while competing.
it is understood that the cycling competition of the first national fitness competition (northwest division) is sponsored by the general administration of sport of china and the all-china sports federation, hosted by the sports bureaus of shaanxi, gansu, qinghai, ningxia, xinjiang and the sports department of the xinjiang production and construction corps, and co-organized by the gansu bicycle training management center, gansu bicycle sports association, jiuquan municipal bureau of culture, sports, radio, film and television and tourism, and jinta county people's government.
it is reported that the gansu province cycling long march amateur league, as a well-known event in and outside the province, has been successfully held for four consecutive sessions. it is guided by the gansu provincial sports bureau and the gansu provincial sports federation, and hosted by the gansu provincial cycling training management center, the gansu provincial cycling association, relevant municipal and state sports departments and county-level people's governments. this league has 9 sub-races and 1 final, which lasted for three and a half months; the final was hosted by the jinta county culture, sports, radio, film and television and tourism bureau and operated by gansu qindao sports development co., ltd.
