according to the memorandum of understanding signed by both parties, tata electronics, tata motors and tejas networks under the tata group will collaborate with adi.

the two parties will explore opportunities to start semiconductor manufacturing operations in india and adopt adi's products in tata motors' electric vehicles and tejas' network infrastructure. in addition, the two parties also plan to have in-depth discussions on strategic roadmaps.
